Failed Promises.

It was encouraging to see Dan Kelly call it like it is, esp with so many supposedly independant think tanks (like the CTF) refering to the concept of smaller government as "deluional", but I had this hunch there was something missing when I read the article.

A little reflection showed there was, and of course it was the name of the parties of failed promises. Of course the federal Conservatives were elected on a promise of massive spending increases, but they keep talking about being fiscal conservatives so ....

Dan Kelley's words in "Failed promises, unlearned lessons" rings so true.on the huge mistakes by two of the key governments in Canada. There is of course a glaring omission; a key common word is never used once. It's a brave move Mr. Kelly makes to state the truth when so many of the supposedly independent think tanks have become partisan for thier favoured political parties, and yes "Independent Voice" was a good descriptor below his name ... but still why does one word go unmentioned?

To have a chance to be published I'll not mention the word common to the offending parties "Conservative".... whoops.
