When I got back to town the roads were well maintained and I could drive double the speed in town I could on the 6 lane highway. I see in a reply to my letter something thinks 20 kms per hour is a reasonable speed in a highway. Well with no salt and bad visibility that was the going rate on the 404 that day, is it reasonable? I don't think so. The person replying seems to have missed that I was crediting responsible driving, clearly they miss the point.
